REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia is desirous of utilizing its Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) to undertake some minor renovation works in the area of hostel rehabilitations as outlined below:

LOT 1: Renovation of Female Hostel Block 1

LOT 2: Renovation of Male Hostel Block 1

LOT 3: Conversion of Entrepreneurship Block to Female Hostel Block 2

LOT 4: Conversion of Classroom Block to Female Hostel Block 3

The University hereby invites interested companies that meet all the requirements as stipulated in the BPP Procurement ACT 2007 and wish to participate in the procurement process to obtain copies of the Bills of Quantities from the office of the Director of Procurement as from Monday 30th August 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per LOT in to the university’s TSA account.

Interested companies can also inspect the earmarked structures on the campus as from the above stated date from 10am to 4.00pm in collaboration with the Director of Procurement.

Submission of all Quotations would close on Monday 14th September 2025 at 12.00am and opening of all Quotations would be conducted on the same day at the Vice chancellor’s Conference room at 12.00 noon prompt.
