FUASK New Students Registration Procedure

You are advised to print a copy of this document to guide you appropriately.
Make at least 5 copies of all credentials ready.

All newly admitted students are to strictly follow these instructions:

  1. Ensure you have accepted Admission on your JAMB CAPS portal and uploaded your O’level results on CAPS. To do this, visit any JAMB CBT Center to be guided.
  2. Log in to your FUASK Applicant Portal www.applicant.fuask.edu.ng. Use your Application Number and password created during the Application process.
  3. When logged in, go to Admission Status to verify you have been offered Admission and print out your FUASK Admission letter if you have.
  4. Upload all relevant documents to your portal if you have not done so before (This includes all credentials and passport).
  5. Use the Applicant Support link in your portal to send any complaint or issue you might have.
  6. Proceed to www.payments.fuask.edu.ng and make payments of your School fees, Acceptance fee and Accommodation fee. Select each option to make payment. Note that you are to pay 100% of the three fees above. After generating the payment RRR for each, you can complete your payment online and print out the receipts.
  7. Resumption: With your receipts, credentials and support items, registration commences on Campus by 8am on 15th September 2025 and you are to adhere to the following procedures strictly:
    1. Go to the Academic office to submit a copy of the following:
      FUASK Admission letter,
      School fee payment receipt,
      Acceptance fee receipt,
      JAMB admission letter/Change of Institution slip,
      O’level result,
      NIN slip,
      Birth and Indigene certificates.
      You will get the Academic Clearance slip after due clearance.
    2. Proceed to your Department with the Academic Clearance obtained above for Departmental clearance. Note that you will be required to submit copy of all credentials again at the Department.
      You will get your Departmental Clearance slip upon successful submission.
    3. With your Departmental clearance slip and Accommodation receipt, proceed to Student’s Affairs division to process your Hostel Accommodation.
      You will be issued your Accommodation/Residency permit.
    4. Finally, go to the Health Center/University Clinic to submit your Medical Fitness report from a Government Hospital, as well as copies of your Departmental clearance and Accommodation Slips.
Course Registration: This will be on your portal. You will be guided on how to proceed with this. However, ensure you get the accurate list of Courses you will be offering from your Department.
